- Heat oil in one pan.. keep it in a low flame. Add mustard, jeera, curry leaves, chopped green chilli &sauté & add chopped methi leaves saute well then add smashed potato and stir it well.add cream and curd mix it well.add half cup water.
- Allow it to boil for five minutes. Then add masala powder and turmeric powder.&off the gas,add salt and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- It is ready now. serve tasty malayi methi aloo sabji with roti or rice.
