Ab 1 tadka pan m 1 teaspoon oil garam kijiye ar usme chhopd ginger garlic dal kar fry kijiye ar red chilli powder add kijiye ar is tadke ko methi alu m dal kar achhe se mix kar dijiye. 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder add kijiye thodi der methi ko bhuniye jab tak pani na sukh jaye then flame ko off kar dijiye.
  4. Ready to eat tasty methi alu is recipy ko jarur try kijiye.
