- Take a kadhai and add oil. Add chopped potatoes and half fry them. (Till u get slight red spots). Remove and keep aside.
- In the same add chopped green chilli and chopped methi and saute till water dries.
- Then add half fried potatoes, finely chopped tomatoes to methi.
- Then add salt to taste, red chilli powder, haldi powder, garam masala and little amchur powder. Mix everything well and cover and cook on low flame till water dries and potatoes are cooked.Serve hot with roti.
It was so unique in taste for me. And after that one, this aloo bhaji is my favorite. It tasted a teeny weeny bit like that. Mainly coz of the methi seeds and the tanginess. Aloo tamatar- no onion garlic sabji the veggie.
