Aloo matar ki sabzi is a very popular, simple and delicious curry from Uttar Pradesh (India), and is specially served with poori and bedvis. - Clean the green peas. Chop the onions, potatoes. Make a paste of ginger garlic. Paste of green chillies.

- Add the dry masalas and cook on high flame till oil separates.
- Now add the butter and the veggies. Cook on high flame and then slow flame.
- Add milk and cover and cook till done. Add water if required. Add kasuri methi powder. Mix well. Add the green garlic and give a nice toss. Now add the cream and cover and keep on slow flame for 2 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti or parantha.
