  2. Then add sugar and again cook on low flame for another 15 mins till sugar melts, then add 2 tbsp milk & stir continuously for another 10 mins.
  3. Note the consistency of this halwa is a little loose, but it thickens gradually.
  4. Switch off the gas, serve hot.
