- Then add chopped tomato fry for 2-3 min add salt then add fried grean peas paste and fried potatoes then stir fry for 1 min then add 1 glass water cook for 5-7 min in medium flame totally depends upon you how much gravy thickness should be there
- Give tadka of ghee, red chilli take one big spoon add 1 tsp ghee add pinch of asafoetida(Hing),1 sabut red chilli then pour in a gravy (optional)
- Serve hot with paratha,rice,chapati etc
