- Get 100g Sugar or to taste
- Take 1lt Milk

Meanwhile add grated dry fruits & elaichi / green cardamom powder. After sometime add milk & mix. When it looks like dough consistency now add sugar & mix well. When it colour is become saffron the halwa is ready
- Then add elaichi powder & stir it, transfer it to grease plate and press with catori to provide equal level garnish with dry fruits. After that cut into pieces &/ store in containers.
