  1. Heat a pan,add oil,add cumin seeds, ginger, onions and sauté them.add all spices and mix well. Add boiled potatoes and mixed well. Finally mix lemon juice and coriander leaves. Keep all the veggies, cheese,chutney, bread,butter and masala ready before start assembling it.
  2. Heat the grill pan on medium heat. Spread butter on one side of the bread and some green chutney. Now keep aloo mixture,onions, tomatoes, cheese slice. Sprinkle the chat masala on veggies.
  3. Lastly close it with another slice.place the sandwich carefully on the grill pan or machine and grill till it is crispy and golden brown.apply butter.
  4. Cut it into pieces and garnish with nylon sev.Serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
