Add the butter and process until the mixture starts to clump. My family looks forward to this fluffy pie every Christmas. No one can resist the combination of refreshing mint and luscious chocolate.   1. FOR OREO CRUST
  2. Combine oreo crumbs and melted butter,press in a 9'inche pie crust and up sides.
  3. Bake in a 350 oven for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly crisp, cool
  4. FOR PIE FILLING
  5. In a saucepan combine the 1/2 cup heavy cream with marshmallows, cook over medium heat stirring all the time until melted. Transfer to a bowl, add cream de menthe and cream de cocoa and cool to room temperature.
  6. In a large chilled bowl beat the 1 1/2 cups chilled heavy cream to soft peaks, beat in cooled marshmallow mixture until thick and blended, mound into pie crust and chill for 8 hours or overnight to set.
  7. GARNISH with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.

In this recipe, we use marshmallows, instead of the eggs and gelatin. Make this pie at least three hours ahead of when you plan to serve it. It needs this time in the freezer to completely set and firm up. This no-bake pie recipe is festive, quick to make and requires just a few ingredients.
