  2. Cook cooled carrots on medium flame for 5 mins till water dries(u can use pressure cooker or kadhi or pan).
  3. Add sugar and cook till water dries.
  4. Crush the almonds with elaichi and keep aside. Rub the desi ghee in the milk powder with hands and keep it aside.
  5. Add almond powder and milk powder to be cooked with carrots. Mix well and cook it for 5 min.Your yummy and easy Carrot and Almond Halwa is ready.
  6. Garnish Halwa with cashew nuts and Enjoy.
