  7. And add cardemom powder and mix it well. keep on stirring the rava so that it does not stick to the pan and it's roasted evenly.
  8. Sheera becomes soft.. stir and then add the mixture has the tendency to splutter.. be quick enough to stir. Rava will begin to absorb milk and well. Keep on stirring often toll the whole mixture starts thickening and starts to leave the edge of the pan..
  9. Sheera is ready… Garnish with chopped dry fruits and saffron..
