  1. Simmer cut up sausage, chopped bacon, and cut up chicken in a large skillet with bell pepper, onion and garlic. Simmer until chicken is fully cooked.
  2. In large pot add 1 pound of rice to 6 cups of water.
  3. Add tomato paste, sea salt, cayenne, habenero, paprika and black pepper to rice and water. Turn stove top up to med-high and begin to slowly bring to a boil.
  4. Once meats are ready simply add to pot of rice mixture and let come to a boil.
  5. Once boiling set on simmer and cover until rice is fully cooked.
