- When the milk reduces 90%, then add remaining 2 tablespoons ghee into the mixture

- Stir mixture well and simmer it on a lower until till it dries
- Carrot Halwa is ready, now serve this dessert hot or chilled
- Note: You can use normal milk instead of condensed milk. If you are using normal milk then increase the quantity of sugar
