Steps to make The remix:
- Shred the cabbage and fry in oil salt as it fries. Cover occasionally stirring often. I did mine in batches to get an even cooking of the cabbage.

- Peel and cube the eggplants/aubergines. Put into the hot pan add onions and peppers. Stir till heated now add some oil. Add salt and garlic, cover stirring occasionally. Till done, especially the eggplant
- Set aside
- Cook the sirloin till browned. Drain very good. Set aside
- In a pan add tomatoes, honey, salt, garlic, and tomato paste. Cook till heated thru. Stirring occasionally. Add sirloin into the tomatoes
- When tomatoes and sirloin are mixed well in an oven safe dish add them to it.
- Add a thin layer of cheese
- Then the cabbage
- Sour cream
- Eggplant mixture
- Cover with cheese and put into oven and turn on to 400° Fahrenheit let it heat with the oven
- Bake 30 minutes. Let sit 10 and serve I hope you enjoy!
