  2. Boil the milk, add saffron stigmas, add ghee roasted sooji and stir well. Add sugar one tsp ghee and mix well.
  3. Turn of heat and allow to cool and transe to serving plate. Garnish with pista, silver sprinklers and saffron. Sooji ka seera is ready.
