- Boil the milk, add saffron stigmas, add ghee roasted sooji and stir well. Add sugar one tsp ghee and mix well.
- Turn of heat and allow to cool and transe to serving plate. Garnish with pista, silver sprinklers and saffron. Sooji ka seera is ready.
