The ingredients needed to make Pizza Mac Salad:
- Take 1 box large elbow macaroni; blanch and shock
- Get 2 1/2 cup pizza sauce/marinara/pasta sauce
- Make ready 1 cup pepperoni; chiffonade
- Prepare 1 cup cooked pizza sausage; sliced in half
- Prepare 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Prepare 1 cup shredded mozzarella or pizza cheese blend
- Take 2 handfuls baby spinach; chiffonade
- Get 1 large pinch Italian seasoning
- Prepare 1 salt and pepper to taste
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, Parmesan cheese, vinegar, oregano, salt, garlic powder and pepper; shake well. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, Cheddar cheese, green onions and pepperoni. In a small bowl, combine oil, Parmesan cheese, vinegar and seasonings. Pour over macaroni mixture; toss to coat.

- Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and toss to combine. Serve with garlic bread if desired.
