- And bread crumbs and make dough

- Make slurry. Add maida,corn flour and 2 pinch salt
- Dip the kabab in slurry and coat the bread crumbs
- All kabab is ready. Rest 1 hour in freeze
- Heat oil and fry kabab on medium flame.
