- Wash the dal 2 time
- Soak in 3 cups water for 6 hours
- After 6 hours
- Grind in to mixer jar
- Mix it for 5 to 7 min
- After 5 to 7 min
- Add onion, chilli,curry leaves, ginger, coriander,jeera, hing,salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and rice flour
- Mix well
- Dip tea strainer in water and take a small portion of batter and make a hole in the centre. Place it in the oil.
- Fry vada till golden colour
