- Take 6 chicken thighs, skin on
- Prepare 50 g unsalted butter

Very easy to make with store-cupboard ingredients. Place chicken in shallow ceramic dish and pour over marinade. This sticky BBQ marinade is one of the best, in my opinion. Best served with boiled rice with peas incorperated.
Instructions to make Sticky bbq chicken:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 Fan/200C/Gas6. - Place the chicken thighs onto a non-stick baking tray (or line one with greased foil). - Pat them dry on both sides with some kitchen paper. - Place in the oven for 25 minutes. Meanwhile make the BBQ coating.
- Put all the other ingredients into a saucepan over a low-medium heat & allow everything to melt together. Set aside until the chicken is ready to come out of the oven. - Once the 25 minutes is up, remove the chicken from the oven & coat with the BBQ sauce, flip the thighs over & coat the other side. - Put the chicken back in the oven for 8 minutes, then remove, give them another basting & return to the oven.
- Repeat after another 8 minutes then return the chicken to the oven, turn the temperature up to 200Fan/220C/Gas7 & cook for a final 5 minutes. - Serve immediately.

I am never entirely sure what I want to do with.
