  4. Lastly add 1 tsp ghee and cook for a minute. Garnish with some more nuts and serve hot.

Heat a tbsp of ghee in a heavy bottom pan, add rava and with constant stirring roast it in medium flame. When the raw smell disappears and absorbs all ghee, turn off the flame. Next heat the same pan and roast the cashews. Sooji ka Halwa, Rava Sheera, Suji Halwa. Sooji Halwa is a traditional but popular dessert.
