Instructions to make Potato donuts:
- First of all, In a grinder, add chicken, Chopped Green Chilies, Chopped Onion, Mint, Fresh Coriander, Salt, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Crushed, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste and grind them well
- Next, Take a bowl, add Potatoes (Boiled & Mashed). Then add the grinded mixture which we have prepared above. Also add Maida, Corn Flour, Egg, mix them again with the help of your hands & keep this mixture aside
- It’s time to make potato doughnuts. Apply some cooking oil at your hands & make round shape cutlets from the mixture which we have prepared in previous step. Place a round cut in these round cutlets to make doughnuts
- Dip these into Egg & apply bread crumbs. Finally, add Cooking Oil in a pan. Put the round shaped doughnuts into this oil and fry them at low flame until they changed into golden brown
- Tasty Potato doughnuts are ready to serve
