  24. Prepare 1/2 cup dry coconut
  25. Prepare 4-5 dry red chillies
  26. Prepare 7-8 garlic cloves
  27. Make ready 1/2 cup groundnuts
  28. Prepare 1/4 cup sesame seeds

  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. After a minute add all the spices and mix it well. Cook it for 2 min on low flame.
  4. Now add boiled potatoes and salt mix it and cook it for 3-4 min on medium flame. Now switch off the flame and add coriander leaves and mix it well. Allow to cool completely.
  5. Now we prepare dry Chutney for Vada pav. In a pan add all the dry ingredients and saute for 2-3 minutes on low flame. After 2-3 minutes transfer it into a plate and allow to little cool.
  6. After cooling transfer them into a grinding jar and grind into a fine powder. (Remember, Don't add water). Your dry Chutney is ready.
  7. Now it's time to assemble than vada pav. Take the pav and cut in middle. Spread the dry Chutney in middle. Now place the vada in it. Vada pav is ready now. Enjoy!
