And considering how often we make it, I am really not sure why it took me so long to take all new pictures of this dish. I dearly love cabbage in all forms. Raw, boiled, fried, and even sauerkraut. In fact, there would have Chop your cabbage up however you like to chop your cabbage up. I do mine in medium sized pieces.
