- Add coriander leaves.
- Now let it cool for 5 mins.
- Grease your hands and make lemon size balls.
- Now dip and coat in besan batter and fry it in medium hot oil.
- Fry till golden brown.
- According fry all vadas.
- Now take pav cut and put garlic chutney and vada.
- Serve with fried green chill and chutney.
