  4. Add mashed boiled cauliflower potato mixture,addsalt to taste.mash& mix with masher. Cook for few minutes.sprinkle rock salt and add 1 tbsp butter.off the flame.keep cover for 2 mins.mix again at time of serving.
  5. Apply butter on both sides of pav and roast it or serve
