- Tuke it to remove air from it. - Now make equal sizes balls of it. - And arrange it in a Aluminum mould. - Again let it rest for 30 minutes. - Again dough will be double in size. - Now put this mould in preheated OTG for 20 minutes on 180 ° Celsius. - Our pav is ready now. - Put it for rest for 20 minutes. - Brush little oil on it. - And unmold it and use it.
