- In a mixing bowl add cabbage, onion, potatoes, ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,gram flour to taste salt some little water mix it well and combine everything.

- Now drain them on a kitchen tissue.
- Now add same wok put 2 green chilli stir fry it and drain them on kitchen tissue.

- Now put schezwan sauce and spread evenly.
- Now spread some grated cheese and stuff some fried frriters and green chili.
- Top grease with some remaining butter and grill it for 3 to 4 min.
- Now take out from microwaves and enjoy with ginger tea or coffee.
While the dough is raising make the filling and cool it down. Finally make chutney powder and green chutney. Once the dough is raised we can stuff and shape the vada pav.
