Steps to make Homemade pav:
- Take a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup milk, sugar and dry yeast and mix well. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

- Brush each ball with milk. Cover with cloth and keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Preheat and bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 20 to 25 minutes or until the bav becomes golden brown.
- Remove from the microwave. Apply butter and cover with cloth. Allow to cool completely. Pav is ready.
