- Now add boiled chole and water as required. Close the cooker. Cook on medium flame for 1 whistle.
- When pressure releases, open the lid and spread chopped coriander on the curry. Chole is ready.
- FOR BHATOORE - Heat enough oil in a pan for frying bhatoore
- Divide the dough in 12 equal parts and make balls. Roll them using rolling pin.
- Fry them from both the sides until they become light golden in colour
