  2. Now take a pan heat oil then add green chilli paste garam masala turmeric powder ginger paste. Then add boiled banana,salt,amchur powder and chopped coriander mix well and cool down it your stuffing is ready.
  3. Now knead a doughproperly with the help of little oil on palm. now take a small portion of dough.roll each part into a circular disc. place one portion of prepared banana stuffing on it and seal all the open edges band now all make like this.stick some kalonji, chopped coriander on it.
  4. Line the baking tray with parchment paper on the baking tray. place all pavs with seam side facing down by leaving some space in between.
  5. Keep the oven for preheating at 200 degree c now in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes bake pav.then after once the crush turns golden brown take the baking tray out.
  6. Brushing the baked pav with butter.to soften the crust gives a glaze as well.let the baked pav rest on a wire that for sometime and then served with your choice of sauce.when it cool down you again heat in non-stick pan.
