  3. લાેટ ફુલી જાય એટલે તેના ગોલ ગોડા વાડી પંદર મીનીટ માટે ગરમ જ્ગ્યા રહેવા દો.પછી તેને ઓવન માં 180° પર 30 થી 40 મીનીટ માટે બેક કરો. અને જાે કઢાઇ માં બનાવતા હોઇ તો કઢાઇ માં નીચે મીઠું નાખી એની પર સ્ટેન્ડ મુકી પછી ઉપર પાંઉ બેક કરવા મુકવાના.
