Steps to make Pav buns:
  1. Take sooji and add water. Mix it with a spoon. Leave it for 1 hour. After 1 hour knead it like normal atta. Till it comes together. Add all rest ingredients in it. Give it rest for 45 mins or till double.
  2. After 45 mins again punch it for 2 mins.
  3. Make a small size equal ball and place in tray. Again give rest with damp cloth for 20min.
  4. Preheat oven at 200 for 10 mins. Milk wash the buns and place them in the oven. Bake it for 15mins at 180*. Take out apply butter. And take out after 5 mins. Enjoy with bhaji.
