  4. Cover it n keep it to ferment for 1 - 2 hrs. (depends on weather)
  5. Now dough will b double the size. Grease ur hands n punch the dough.
  6. Now take olive oil n crushed garlic n salt. Mix it with dough. Knead again for 5-7 mins
  7. Now grease baking tin.
  8. Make balls from dough n stuff corn paneer mixture n roll it.
  9. Accordingly make all n arrange in baking tin.
  10. Cover it with damp cloth for 10 - 15 mins for second proofing.
  11. Preheat oven at 200 ° C for 10 mins.
  12. Now Milk wash the stuffed balls n bake it for 35-40 mins.
  13. When done take out n apply butter all over pav n cover with damp cloth for 10 - 15 mins.
  14. Enjoy with Tomato concassse.
