Instructions to make Homemade Pav:
  1. Heat up milk,add sugar in it and let it be little warm.
  2. Once the milk turns warm add instant yeast in it mix well and keep aside for 10 mins.After 10 mins mixture will be frothy.
  3. Now take maida add milk powder,salt and mix well.
  4. Now add yeast mixture in it and knead it well,make it sticky and soft.
  5. Add butter and knead it well for about 15 minutes and keep it aside for 30 mins.
  6. After 30 mins take the dough knead it well,cut it into small pieces and roll this pieces to make small balls of it and keep this balls in baking tray closer to each other and keep it aside for 30 mins.
  7. After 30 mins balls will be double in size,now apply some milk on the pav and bake them for about 20 mins at 200℃.
  8. Pav are baked well.Apply some melted butter over it,cover with damp cloth and keep aside for 10 mins.
  9. Pav are ready to eat.

The Pav Bhaji is incomplete with the side dish of homemade Pav Buns. You can eat it with roti or paratha, but the combination of Bhaji with the Pav is totally different. You may eat Bhaji with plain Pav or the masala Pav. The homemade Pav or the buns has the nice salty, buttery and savoury flavour. It is extremely soft and easily melts in a mouth.
