  1. Prepare 4 boiled potatoes- mashed
  2. Take 2 onion
  3. Make ready 1.5 tbsp gram flour

  3. Add mashed potatoes and cook for 5 more minutes. Then add chaat masala, garam masala and lemon juice.
  4. Mix the mixture properly and take it out on a plate to cool.
  5. After it gets cooled, mix it with cornflour or rice flour and knead to mix it properly.
  6. Then grease your palms with oil, make small balls and dip it in gram flour mixture.
  7. To make the gram flour mixture, mix the flour with salt and soda. Make a consistent slurry using water and keep it aside for a few minutes.
  8. Deep fry these vadas and fry it till crisp and brown.
  9. Place it inside the pav. Serve it with green chilli.
