- Saute till it gets little golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute again for 2 3 mins. Now add all masalas like turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, meera powder and red chilli paste.
- Saute for some time and add tomato paste into it. Saute till the Masala leaves the oil.
- Add sprouts and mix well. Saute till oil oozes out of it. Add salt and garam Masala powder.
- Now add water and give 4 5 whistles.
- When done oil will float on the top of it. Serve it with onions, lemon and mixture and pav.
