- When it starts changing colour and leaves raw smell add the onion paste.
- Cook it in medium flame till it is slightly brown in colour.
- Now add the curry leaves and dry spices and stir it well and cook till oil separates.

- Open the cooker and check the consistency of gravy if necessary add some water and let it boil on medium flame till oil floats
- Gravy should be in quite liquid form as we are going yo have it with pav.
- Off the flame garnish with coriander.
