- In a bowl, take warm milk, sugar and dry yeast. - Mix it well and rest for 5 minutes or until yeast activates.
- When yeast activates and becomes frothy, add flour, maida and salt.
- Knead a soft dough using milk.
- Add butter and continue kneading dough. Knead the dough for at least 5 minutes to get a super soft dough.
- Cover it and and rest it for 1 hour. After an hour, it doubles. Knead slightly again.
- Take small portions. Tuck it. Place it in a greased pan. Cover it for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes when it gets double, brush some milk.
- In a cooker, place some salt or sand and preheat it for 10 minutes. Place the pan in cooker and cook it for 30 minutes on medium flame.
- Take the pan out and brush some butter on pav. Cover pav with wet cloth and rest for 10 minutes.
- Super soft pav is ready to serve.
