  1. Dry roast the peanuts on low flame.
  2. Remove its skin and keep aside.
  3. In a kadai add 11/2 tsp oil and add haldi, red chilli powder, black pepper powder.
  4. Add paenuts and salt to taste and chaat masala and mix well and let it cook for 2-3 mins on low flame. Remove in a plate. In the same kadai add 1 tsp oil and add fee curry leaves and fry and add it to peanuts.
  5. Chop onion, tomato, coriander, cucumber and keep aside.I have used a chopper to chop very finely.
  6. In a bowl add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and then add masala peanuts.
  7. Add chopped coriander and lemon juice and mix well.
  8. Mix everything well and serve.. Ur chatpata peanut chaat is ready.
