- Take 1 cup Whole green moong & add water.
- Soak overnight.
- After soaking
- Heat a cooker & add soaked moong, 2 cups water, ½ tsp salt & Haldi powder.
- Pressure cook, give 6 whistles on high flame.
- After 6 whistles switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
- Mix well.
- Heat a pan with oil. Add jeera, rai & Hing.
- Add garlic & ginger fry 2 to 3 min for medium flame
- Add onion & green chilli fry 3 mins.
- Add tomato puree.
- Add dhaniya,chilli & fry for 2 mins.
- Add boiled moong & 1 cup water & mix well
- After boiled add garam masala, ½ salt & kasuri methi & mix well
- Add fresh malai & mix well.
- Add fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve it.
