  1. Wash Potatoes. Put them in cooker add water and cook for 2 whistle. Off the flame let it cool.
  2. Take grinder add green chillies, garlic pod and ginger. Grind coarsely.
  3. Take a mixing bowl. Peel the boiled potatoes. Put them in the bowl smash with the smasher. Add grinded masala, salt, lemon juice, sugar, garam masala, coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  4. Now take 2 Slice of bread. Spread sandwich chutney on it. Then on 1 bread spread Potato mix. Close the sandwich with another bread.
  5. Take a tava on medium flame spread ghee/ butter. Put sandwich on it and toast it. Apply ghee/ butter on other side of sandwich. Flap the side on tawa. Toast it.
  6. Toast the sandwich properly from both the side. Serve hot with Ketchup and Chutney Mayo.
