- See the vadas become pluffy and increased it sides. Squeeze it and take out in a plate.
- Make Masala Curd. Take homemade curd in a bowl add water, sugar. Whisk it and make creamy curd. Sugar will dissolve. Add salt, black salt, black pepper. Whisk it and Masala curd is ready.
- Get all assembling Ingredients ready. In a serving plate arrange the Wadas, pour creamy curd, green spicy chutney, sweet tangy tarmarind Chutney.
- Red chilli, black salt, Chopped coriandor leaves. Serve it. See how soft and dissolve in mouth dahiwada is ready. Enjoy with Your family.
With a few drops of oil you get the same deep fried taste and flavor.. There was no time to soak the dal so I switched dals and used moong dal instead. I haven't tried in appam pan. Take a mixing bowl and add semolina. The batter should be the consistency of dosa batter.
