- Now grind, Khade Masale with 1 Tea Spoon Roasted Kasuri Methi, 1.5 Table Spoon Pav Bhaji Masala finely into powder in a mixer grinder.
- Then take a big tawa or Kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
- When oil gets heated up, add roughly chopped carrot & capsicum in it & roast them till they become soft.
- After 3-4 minutes, when they start releasing moisture & becomes soft, add 1/2 Cup Matar in it & roast them for 1-2 minutes.
- After 1-2 minutes, when they become soft, start mashing them up in a mixture.
- Now add roughly chopped tomatoes with 1 Tea Spoon Salt in it so that they start releasing oil quickly.
- After 5-6 minutes, when they start releasing oil, mash them into mixture & then add finely grinded spice powder in it & roast them for 1-2 minutes.
- After 1-2 minutes, add boiled aloo in it with 50gms butter & start mashing them properly.
- Then take that mixture out in a bowl.
- Now in the same kadhai or tawa, add 50gms Butter in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
- When butter melts properly, add finely chopped onions in it & roast them till they are golden brown in colour.
- After 2-3minutes, when they become golden brown in colour, add 1 Table Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste in it & cook them for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, add some water in it to make onions into a paste.
- Then add Masala mixture in it & start mashing or mixing them properly with onions.
- Now add 1 Table Spoon Pav Bhaji Masala, 1 Tea Spoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder in it & cook them for 1-2 minutes.
- After 1-2 minutes, add some water in it & set the gravy according to your consistency.
- Now add finely chopped dhaniya leaves in it & mix them properly.
- Now take a small tawa, add 10-20gms Butter in it with 1/2 Tea Spoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder & 1 Tea Spoon Pav Bhaji Masala & mix them properly & keep the gas on low flame.
- Then cut Pav pieces from between, apply some butter Masala in it, & roast them on all sides.
- Your Pav Bhaji Masala is ready to be served.
