  10. Then add the veggie mixture in onion garlic mixture and mix properly. Now, add salt, lemon juice and smash the mixture once. Let bhaji cook for 4-5 minutes to get all the flavors of masala.
  11. The last step is to roast bread with pav bhaji masala and butter. Serve pav bhaji with butter, onion tomato, papad and buttermilk.
