  7. Prepare 2 tbsps butter

Steps to make Pav bhaji:
  1. Cut potato and cauliflower in big pieces
  2. Boil them with 1.5 cup water in pressure cooker for 15 minutes / 3 whistles
  3. Take a deep pan and add 2 tbsp butter,keep the stove on medium heat
  4. Once butter is melted add cumin seeds
  5. After 30 seconds, add onion, tomatoes, green chilli paste, garlic paste and salt
  6. Boil peas with a cup of water in another pan for 5 minutes
  7. Cover the deep pan with tomatoes, stir it occasionally
  8. As tomatoes tenders completely, add turmeric powder, chilli powder and pav bhaji masala (I used Everest pav bhaji  masala, i.e. available any Indian grocery store)
  9. Cover it and keep for 2 minutes
  10. Strain water from boiled vegetables and add it to deep pan 
  11. Add boiled peas with water, green bell pepper, coriander leaves
  12. Add 1/2 cup water and salt
  13. Keep it covered for 20 minutes on low heat and stir occasionally, call this curry as bhaji
  14. As you get desired consistency, turn off the stove
  15. Heat skillet to roast the bun with butter (optional). You can serve bhaji with bread also.
  16. At the time of serving bhaji, add some raw chopped onion and lemon juice 
  17. Serve bhaji with bun / bread and enjoy :)
