Remember to scrape the carrots before cutting. Peel the Irish potatoes, wash and cut into small pieces. Blend into a thick paste and set aside. This will be used as thickener for the Vegetable Sauce.

  4. Add your tomato paste n continue to stir until it's fried.
  5. Add your pounded red pepper and onions into the pan & continue to stir for three minutes
  6. Add water and ingredients. I.e Maggi,salt, pounded garlic and allow to boil.
  7. Put the Arish potatoes inside the pot & cook until it's done
  8. Add your curry powder and stir a little then you add your vegetable to it & allow to simmer
  9. Note: Curry powder is more effective when added in the last phase of your cooking
