  3. Stirring continuously on slow flame. Add sugar and mix well cook till dough consistency or till ghee releases. Add cardamom powder and 1/2- of the dryfruits and raisins, Cookk for a while and turn off gas. Set in ❤ shaped mould and unmould in a plate.
  4. Garnish with chopped dryfruits and serve ready YUMMY Besan Sheera.
