- Take another pan add oil cumin seeds, cloves, 3 green cardamon, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 star phool,bay leaf, onion and stir fry for 5 minutes after that add ginger garlic paste turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri lal, Anchur powder, š puree fry for 2 minutes mix it well.
- Add curd stir cook and little water and dry coconut masala cover with lid slow flame for 5 minutes and add deep fried potatoes mix it well for another 5 minutes.
- Now garnish withCorainder leaves and serve in the serving plate.
