Steps to make Suji Halwa:
  1. Add 1/2cup ghee in a kadhai and heat.
  2. Add dry fruits and fry until golden brown, take out when golden.
  3. Add suji and beasn into hot ghee.
  4. Roast until golden, when suji golden add 3cups water, saffron milk, sugar and dry fruits into suji.
  5. Cover the lid for 4-5mins and cook on low Flame.
  6. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  7. Turn off the flame.
  8. Yummy Suji halwa is ready.
