- For bhaturas we meed 1 bowl of all purpose flour. Add 2 to 3 spoons of curd. Add 2 to 3 spoons of oil.Mix properly. Add salt and kneed the dough with water. Keep it for 15 mins. Now Make small round balls of the dough.
- Make small size chapati shape. See that the bhatura should be little oval in shape. Fry them in oil and serve hot with chola.
